prashanth149 Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 Hi I have my i140 approved (priority date Jun 2009 EB2 India) with my employer A (non profit organization) and our company is merging with another company B (non profit organization also) and I would like to know how this will affect my visa (H1B and also i140) if I have to start again by filing in a new labor/or just an additional paper form when I file for i 485.
