L1 to H1 transfer approved with I94. Lost old I94

Hi

I entered US on L1 in Jan 2010. Applied for L1 to H1 transfer and got it approved with a new I94.I havent gone out of the country yet so I havent got my stamping done.

However, I lost my old I94 now that was given to me on arrival in Jan 2010. I do have scanned copies of the i94. Do I need to have the old I94 with me when I leave US or go for my stamping in India?or does the new I94 work?

If I need to apply for a replacement, can you please tell me how can i do that?

Give them the copy and also the H1 I94 on leaving.
