sargamas Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi From company A LABOR APPROVED -APRIL 2008 I140 APPROVED -SEPTEMBER 2008 LAYOFF -NOVEMBER 2008 Joined company B(NOVEMBER 2008-JUNE 2011) Joined back to company A (JULY2011- I would like to know my Labor and I140 is valid since i joined back to filed company(A) or just i can use the date and have to file everything again through company A?
