tmohanty Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi, My husband H1 receipt # got generated and my self H1 is still In Progress and got RFE and documents yet to be sent to USCIS. So instead of waiting for my H1 result, I want to apply for H4 to avoid out-of-state. Can I apply H4 under my husband H1B receipt or Do I need to wait for my husband’s H1 result? Please suggest.
