gkmadhav Posted October 31, 2011 Report Share Posted October 31, 2011 Hi My H1B VISA stamping will be expiring in Feb 23 2012, but i have my new I-797 with the new employer approved till Jan 2014, If my wife has to go for H4 stamping in December in India is there a possibility that the officer could only give her the H4 stamping untill my H1B stamping Validity or can she get the H4 Stamping valid till Jan 2014, which is my I-797 validity ?
