Porting priority date

Hello, I have an approved 140 under EB3 category from Employee X and just recently I moved to Employer Y, I am about to start my GC under EB2. Is there any chance that my employer X revokes or withdraws my old 140 and Can I port the Priority date if he revokes it?

In the absence of fraud you retain the PD of an approved I140 with any EB class for a subsequent i140 in any EB class.
