chinnilegend
Hi All, Your suggestions are most welcome. I've appeared for H1B VISA stamping on JAN-2011. VO put the case under 221G BLUE AAP. No progress till now. I want to apply for a new H1B through different employer. Please suggest me how to revoke my current H1B petition. Thanks Chinni Link to comment
florida225
hey chinni you need to ask your employer to withdraw ur petition .. this might take 1 week to 10 days process your employer can do that.. once you with draw old petition you can happily apply for new h1b from different employer Link to comment
sai_h1b
You can send an email to the consulate with your petition details, validity, interview date, petitioner details and requesting them that you want to withdraw your petition. Then they will respond to you in a couple of days time on further steps. Link to comment
keldhose
I don't think you need to cancel the existing one. You can always apply for a new H1B from a different employer. -EK Link to comment
swamy999
You can send an email to ChennaiNIV@state.gov and make an appointment. You need to appear in person on Thursday afternoon session and sign a sworn stmt after which they will cancel your application and send your documents. Link to comment
