I filed my tax returns for Year 2008, but I got a query, which was cleared a few months ago (when I filed the amendment 1040X). Would that suffice when I apply for EAD? Follow-Up question: Instead of 1040X, can I submit the Return Transcript sent by IRS? Please advice. Thanks! Link to comment
