Dates are not opening in Mumbai embassy in Hindi/Gujarati

Hi,

I'm on H1 and looking to get an appointment for my wife's H4 visa in Mumbai consulate. I'm searching for the date since couple of months but no luck. By the way my wife has three rejections on F2, among them two within last 12 months. My language preference is Gujarati/Hindi. Does any one knows why I'm not able to get the dates. Is any one in the same boat with me.

I am looking for interview dates for visitor visa at Mumbai in Gujarati. I can occassionally see 1 date. I think if anyone cancels an appointment, that particular date gets available. Rest of them are full.

I am also facing the same issue, looking for visa interview date for H4 prefrered language Gujarati/Hindi for Mumbai consulate. She was also denied F2 visa twice within past 12 months. I don't understand why there is no available dates for appointment. I also encounter another problem with visa rejected twice within past 12 months, if you are in this category than you will get less chance or available dates than other people who has been not rejected 2 times. Why they have set the proiority like this?

Please share your thoughts, and let me know if you see any available dates or know usually which time on the day they become available.
