itvandana Posted October 20, 2011 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 I entered US in Dec 10 on B1 visa and was issued I-94 till 5 June.My current company was planning to file my H1-b and had filed extension on b1 till Dec 04 11 in first week of May 2011. Now in september they came back to me and told me sorry we cannot file your H1-B. Now another company is ready to file h1-b, but they don't want to file as my B1 extension application is still in processing. Is it legal file H1B when extension for B1 pending? Link to comment
