RamsG Posted October 20, 2011 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 Hi My Employer filed H1 in Premium - California on 20th Sep 2011, RFE on 3rd Oct 2011 RFE response 10th Oct 2011 I am just wondering how much time does it take after RFE response does it still consider for 15 days from the date of response.... yikes Posted October 20, 2011 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 I'm in the same situation. From what I read in this forum it seems that the 15 days still apply. In my case the RFE response is from the 7th in California. I hope to get an answer today. I'll update anything here. Link to comment

So either I get an answer today or the 15 days promise is not fulfilled. It's "good" to see that it's more than one person...not to freak out too much. Link to comment

prabz Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 H1B Extension and Transfer together (Visa Expired on 13-Sep-2011, Applied for tranfer 1 day before expiry) Premium processing, California Service Center Receipt Date: 12-Sep-2011 RFE Date : 27-Sep-2011 RFE Replied : 17-Nov-2011( Yes, it took 50 days to collect the docs) Approved on : 02-Dec-2011 It took exactly 15 days for USICIS to approve after receving the RFE docs...
