I would like to know At the time of departure from US do need to detach my I94 from I797 or I can submit the one which I had earlier when I was on L1 visa they both have the same number? livliv Posted November 1, 2011 Report Share Posted November 1, 2011 Just attach all I-94's together and submit to the airline when you leave. It will not be a problem. I have done that and returned to US without any problem in the past. If anybody raises any objection ask them to read the approval notice, it clearly states that bottom I-94 must be attached to the previous I-94. Link to comment
