H4 stamping and paystub requirement

Hi,

I worked in US on H1b for 4 years and then went to India for 10 months. I recently came back to US on after transferring my H1 to new employer.

I have been here just 5 days, hence I don't have any paystubs.

1. Can my wife go for H4 stamping without any paystubs?

2. Are paystubs mandatory for H4 and how many month's paystubs are required?

Her H4 visa will be solely based on the credibility of your H1 ...meaning that if you are working for a regular company not on their radar she will getb the H4 visa.
