Fingerprints : November 23, 2011. Green Card : Cards ordered for production on December 28, 2011. I got an email and text message that the green card has been ordered today . RFE answer and acceptance) EAD received: Dec 27 Waiting on I-485 now Attorney says I-485 decision should be made in 1-2 months. Will be extremely happy if it did in that time. Link to comment

Good day over all. In October(mid) I created an SR and about two weeks ago also asked my local congressman to look into it. Hope that information helps! It has been a long journey. I came to US in 98 and thought I'd be citizen by now but I am glad I got my Green card. -Neelima How do we place Service Request? I know how to reach out to my senator I did that in the past. However I have not received any approval so far for my kid. Is this normail to get the EAD & AP approval at different times? Or is it stuck somewhere? Link to comment

Got a "card productions" status email from USCIS on Jan7 and then again Jan 9. Took TSC only about 15 days between EAD approval and green card production. No I-485 approval message yet, so hope these emails are accurate updates! Link to comment

Status was card/document production for both me and my wife..very happy about this and glad didn't have any RFE's. It took about 98 days from the receipt date. Here are my details - . I wish everyone the best of luck! This journey has been very painful for most of us but I guess patience is the key. I feel happy but it is more of a relief than joy. Finally PD : April 2007, EB2 I-140 approved from new emplyer in Aug 2011 ( Including RFE response time after upgrading to PP, sucessful port over PD from old employer ) Reciept Date : October 7th 2011 EAD/AP Approval : Nov 28th 2011 FP date : Dec 10th RFE on I-485 on both our petitions : Jan 12th ( Status proof for the last 5 yrs for both of us ) RFE recieved via post at the lawyers office : Jan 24th RFE response : Jan 25th I-485 Approval : Jan 31st Its been quite an process to come to this point !!
