Two applications for AOS

Hi,

Is it ok to have two AOS applications going in parallel? My spouse (EB-1) and I (EB-2, priority date current) are applying for AOS through our respective employers and each of us is derivative on the other's application.

Any issues with doing this?

You can only apply for one "AOS" application at any time. If you want to upgrade/down grade EB category based on your/spouse application then you have to interfile/withdraw and refile your pending 485.
