ashwinit Posted June 21, 2011 Report Posted June 21, 2011 Hi, Current status - H1B H1B expiry date - 30th June 2012 (after using 6 yrs) I-94 expiry date - 30th June 2012 My current company A filed for my perm on 2nd June 2011 As of today, my current company A is acquired by company B. Company B generally says - they will continue the immigration processes as is. I am not sure, what does it imply for me. Do I have to start again? Can company B take over the GC process from company A in between at this stage? Please help!
