H4past Posted July 20, 2011 Report Posted July 20, 2011 Got H4 Extension Approval Notice in past date (Expired Approval Notice), I filled for H4 extension in Jan 2011, Got RFE in June 2011, Responded RFE within a week. Got H4 Approval Notice yesterday with past dates (03-XX-2011 - 06/XX/2011) already expired. So out of status for more then a month. What are the options? I have. Please respond.

H4past Posted July 25, 2011 Author Report Posted July 25, 2011 Called USCIS, open the SR, Rep told, it looks like typo, USCIS will issue new H4 approval notice with in 3-4 weeks.
