H4past Posted July 20, 2011 Report Share Posted July 20, 2011 Got H4 Extension Approval Notice in past date (Expired Approval Notice), I filled for H4 extension in Jan 2011, Got RFE in June 2011, Responded RFE within a week. Got H4 Approval Notice yesterday with past dates (03-XX-2011 - 06/XX/2011) already expired. So out of status for more then a month. What are the options? I have. Please respond. Link to comment
