H1 Approved H4 Case Pending

Hi,

My wife's H1 got approved today (July 20, 2011), but H4 is still pending (h4 expires Sept 19, 2011).

Please let me know what my options are??

What options? If you filed in time you can wait for the H4 status extension.

Options

1. Should we withdraw H4 application , but in that case what will be the status from Sept 19th to Oct 1st

2. If H4 not approved till Sept 1st week , Get h1 Stamped.

3. What happens if H4 is approved after Oct 1st

Its not Stamped yet.....

got a job employer filed for H1 and it got approved with start date from OCt 1.

However H4 expires on Sept 19th, so had filed for H4 extension as well. Now if H4 is not approved before Oct 1st , according to Last Action Rule H4 will only be valid. Hope this helps.....
