mghbk2 Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 I am completing 6 years of my stay in US on 10/5/2011 (including stay on L1 Visa and H1B visa), but my I797 and I94 are valid till 01/24/2013. Can I stay in US after 10/5/2011? Please let me know your thoughts. Link to comment
