I-140 revoked - verification ?

Is it possible for me or a lawyer to verify if my prior I-140 has been revoked or not ?

If you call-up the USCIS service center, they might ask your employer/employer's lawyer to call and discuss. It happened to one of my friends before.

you can file that too, but, it usually take about 3 to 6 months for USCIS to respond.

The easier way is talk to your previous employer. If they have revoked it then they won't come on line.

The LUD on the I-140 will give some clue.

Self file is permitted in certain (rather rare) categories only, like NIW, extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, etc. If you need the employer to sponsor you, you... need the employer to sponsor you.

Would I be then able to carry the original priority date to my new labor ?
