I-140 priority date porting - Is there a 180 day rule

Hi All,

My I-140 was approved on Feb 2011 with my current employer. Now I want to change my employer since I got a full time job. Do I need to have at least 180 days past my I-140 approval to be able to port the priority date or there is no such rule. Please assist.

If you are talking about AC21 rule, nothing to do with your case. This rule is for those filed I-485 (after 180 days, can change employer). In my knowledge there is no 180 day rule for I-140.

there is no such rule (180 days) to port PD.
