visitramesh Posted July 25, 2011 Report Share Posted July 25, 2011 Hi, I am H1 visa holder with an Indian company. My Visa expires on 30th Septeber. I have an approved H1B from another employer. My Wife is a H4 holder on the old visa and India. Her visa stamping also expires on 30th September. I am still with my first employer. 1. I am planning to bring my wife to US before September. Her H4 stamping is till September 30th. Do you see any issue with her entry to US?. 2. My Second company did not filed for H4 for my wife till now. When should i file for my Wife's H4?.
