H4 VIsa yellow Slip with comment - Need explanation from priest that why no fire in the wedding ceremony

My Wife appeared for H4 Visa at New Delhi Consultate. She got a yellow slip saying " Need explanation from priest that why no fire in the wedding ceremony."

The case is like we had our registered marriage in December 2010 and had pictures of our Engagement Ceremony with exchanging malas, with family and all other, but they asked for pictures with fire.

Now how should we respond back the yellow slip, what clarification needs to be done for the above comment?

Please let me know, its very urgent and important for me right now.

Do you have a civil Marriage certificate or any legal marriage certificate?

If so write to the Ambassador with plain facts asking him to intervene as this may seem like religious persecution. Alternatively talk to the firm of Murthy in Chennai.
