veni001
If you i94 expired in March means you are accumulating illegal stay. You need to talk to good immigration attorney immediately to plan exit and re enter US. Link to comment
Attorney_13
Please consult immediately with a qualified immigration attorney to discuss your case. Overstaying an I-94 triggers unlawful presence. Acquiring 180 days of unlawful presence may result in a 3 year bar, or 10 years if the unlawful presence is one year. The visa affixed within the passport is not status and does not provide authorization to stay in the US. In addition, the visa may now be cancelled due to the overstay. Link to comment
