pontevecchio
"I485 filed during July 2007 fiasco" First of all 'GOOD FOR YOU". Secondly it was not a fiasco as you put it. In English the word fiasco means an absolute, abject or utterly humiliating failure. The Intention of the State Department was to prevent visa loss due to USCIS lethargy. Link to comment

my_immi
pontevecchio, I apologize for using a wrong word "fiasco" to describe the July 2007 I485 filing situation. I certainly did not mean "complete failure". Best Regards, Link to comment
