i-94 EXPIRED 120 DAYS ago, valid H1 please help i have a newborn child too

friends i just realized today that my I-94 has expired on sep 2010 and my h1b is valid till sep 2012

please help me regarding this and what legal steps do i need to take?

my Wife i-94 also expired same as mine.. we have a newborn (born in sep 2010)

we are in dilema..please reply.. :( i am worried and need advice

Why did your I94 expire in September? The only step you need to take is to get a Lawyer involved and NOW.
