But I was here on H1-B visa before marriage and without a job with a IT consultancy for more than a year on bench. My concern here is will the USCIS dig into my profile and ask for all the paystubs and other info or will they be concentrating only on my husband's profile for GC processing. Also right now I am on H4 visa. please let me know some info on this Link to comment
