Deadline to enter US after H-4 stamping

Hi All,

My wife just got her visa stamped on July 14th however she won't be able to come to the U.S. due to her employment until the 25th of November, when I will be going to pick her up. I wanted to know if there is some kind of deadline for H4 visa holders to enter the U.S. like for same cases i think it is within 90 days ? or 6 months ? Is that rule applicable to H4 visa holders too ?
