solorider Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 I am on L1A visa. My husband is on H1B and has also applied for GC. I am a beneficiary to his I-485 application. Through that we both have EAD and it has been more than 6 months since we received the EAD. I need to quit my job. Can I remain in the US based on this EAD? Thankyou for your help! Link to comment
