How do I find out if GC was returned undelivered?

There is a high chance that my wife's GC was sent to the old address and hence returned undelievred. Has anyone had that experience? How can I find out if it has been returned?

Call them and find out.

If I were you, what I would think of doing is -

Call USCIS customer service, select option 2 (check status or report a problem) after entering the respective receipt number;

or

Consider filing I-90 with option 2 checked on the form (GC not received at all), after waiting for the stipulated period as mentioned in the approval notice.
