Job description BS+5 years with out MS+2 years does this qualify for EB2 at 140 stage

Hi All,

I have 10+ years’ experience, I want to file PERM which will be qualify for EB2 at I-140 stage, can you let me know, does the job description with 'BS in any Computer Sci, Engg or rel fld & 5 yrs exp in offered position.' will qualify to EB2? In this MS+2 years’ experience is not mentioned as primary.

Please let me know whether "MS+2 years or BS+ 5 years’ experience" should be present on the job description to qualify for EB2 or just BS+5 years will be sufficient.

BS + 5 is enough for EB2. For EB2 it should be either BS(4 years B'lore) + 5 years exp OR just MS OR both.

So, you're fine with BS + 5 for EB2 if you're BS was 4 years of degree course.

BS+5yrs can not be equated to MS+2! do the math.

I got it cleared MS+3 years is considered as BS+5 years.

The question I have is, if JD has BS+5 years as primary, does this JD qualify for EB2 in I-140 stage?

My post above was referring i140 stage only, not PERM stage.

EB2 has nothing to do with perm stage it is determined at I-140 stage . Yes bs+5 qualifies
