Joenicemers Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 Hi After my Masters and my OPT, I started to work on H1B. I was on H1B for 4 months and then I returned to my home country for good. In the 4 months of my H1B, I wasn't payed for 2 and a half months. By the end of December 2011, I would have completed 2 years of continuous stay in my home country. I have no contact with my employer/client after I left USA. Presently, I assist my uncle in our family business. If I want to go back to USA on H1B, will have any problems regarding my paystubs? pontevecchio Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 If you find a H1 sponsor to file your H1 you can come over with the visa and approved petition to work for him. The previous stubs are not material. Link to comment
