jay181981 Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 My Wife went for H4 Stamping today @ Dehi Consulate and it got rejected. The Scenario is: I was on L1A Visa and changed to H1B last year Oct 2010. I'm yet to get my H1b Stamped. As she was dependent, her L2 visa got changed to H4. She went to India to meet family and went for PA with all my original Documents I797,I29, original last 6 months pay stubs, marriage album etc etc. The VO refused her saying that I'm not eligible for H1b.
