My wife does have H4 but currently she is in India and cannot travel to US till Dec 2011. Can I apply H4 extension for my wife along with mine? does the regulation say that beneficiary should be physically present in US while applying extension even for H4? kindly let me know at the earliest Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted September 16, 2011 Report Share Posted September 16, 2011 You do not have to do anything for her. Once your H1 petition extension is approved she can come back in the H4 visa with a copy of your approved H1 petition. Link to comment
