Green slip Date for email from consulate / USCIS about case being sent to USCIS - Got refusal letter in the mid of jan 2011 (after about 25 working days from the date of interview)and it was pretty much stated in that Re-affirmation email date - Aug 9th 2011 Status after re-affirmation - (did u go for another interview / what is the exact process and decision of that interview) : CONFUSED Link to comment

After the case is reaffirmed & sent back to the respective consulate from USCIS - Does one have to re appear for an interview again at the same consulate OR Does the consulate contact you to submit ur passport after they decide to issue a visa to u Link to comment
