TkNeo Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 We got a notice last week that our case has been transferred to the local USCIS office and its pending there. When i called USCIS, the customer service rep told me that most cases don't get processed at the service center. Most cases do end up at the local field office. People usually don't get notified and i am getting notified for no special reason. Does anyone know if this is true that most cases get processed at the local office. ?
pontevecchio Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 It makes no difference to your case and it does not delay the process. In many cases they do it to speed up the process. In some cases they may do it for an Interview. MOST EB cases are approved without an Interview.
