Ratan1 Posted May 21 Report Share Posted May 21 In the recent H-1B lottery I got my h-1B picked. The issue here is that I have put my name in the lottery through a consulting company. Recently I got a full time job and I join the company. Is there any way that I can use this H-1B? Please give me suggestions it would be very helpful. Thank you. Quote Link to comment

pontevecchio Posted May 22 Report Share Posted May 22 It has been suggested that getting the H1 VISA stamp makes you cap counted and able to change employers. So get the H1 visa. Quote Link to comment
