My h1b got approved and client want me to join in 2 week. what option do i have. can o serve my notice period in usa while working on h1b . will it create any issues in future like green card processing etc as experience letter will have exact dates. Zodiac System Posted April 29 Report Share Posted April 29 (edited) Are you getting paid by your former employer during this notice period? Just curious. If yes, there will be overlap of salary.
