roshanav
I have my labor and I140 approved for EB2 category from company A. Now I have a job offer from company B who are willing to do my Green Card. The job description is similar to my existing job but I’m fearing the below job requirement might push me to EB3 category. Please let me know your thoughts if taking up the new job is worth the risk? A four-year engineering, science or technical college or university degree plus eight years experience in a related construction field or an associate degree in engineering technology or science plus ten years experience in a related construction; or a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) plus twelve years experience in a related construction field Link to comment
