shellyd
I used to be in the US earlier under H1B, along with my family (who were under H4). I have got I-140 approved. But we had to leave the US due to visa issues few years back and we are now in India. If a US employer is now ready to file my H1B, can I go ahead only with my H1B for now and add my H4 dependents at a later point, without any issues? If my new H1B gets approved, I am not planning to take my family with me immediately (but after an year or so). If I file the H4 applications later, will that affect the further green card processing in any way? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
You should be good taking your H4 dependents later, after one year. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
