SG809 Posted March 4 Report Share Posted March 4 Hi , I am currently working at Amazon and I was put in improvement program in November. I used my FMLA period until now. Amazon is filing for H1B lottery this year. This is my last attempt . However, I am concerned that my job gets terminated before the H1b effective date. Assuming that my H1 gets picked from amazon and is approved, and my job gets terminated before October, then amazon will revoke my approved H1b. I wanted to understand what options do I have here? Is it possible for me to transfer my H1B if it gets approved to another company/consultancy before H1b effective date i.e. October 1st ? I also want to understand if I can I file another registration through consultancy along with amazon ? Thank you. Quote Link to comment
