Parshv Posted February 28 Report Share Posted February 28 Hello everyone, I'm currently on F-1 STEM OPT and I'll be participating in this year's upcoming H-1B Lottery. If my H-1B registration gets picked up in the lottery and meanwhile my role eliminates can I file for the petition through a different immigration service provider using my company's project? Or I would like to know what options do I have here if my role eliminates while my H-1B petition is pending or approved? Thank you! Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted February 29 Report Share Posted February 29 If picked up in H1b lottery this March, and then if your role is eliminated before October 01, 2024, you will have to get back into H1b lottery next year. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
