PERM restart when the Job Title change

My Job title changed from Quality engineer to Developer. My PERM was asked to restart. I have I140 already approved.
Do we need to do the PERM again?
Second if I do, will my I140 Priority date will be resued or new priority date will be applied.

Your PERM is tied to a specific position, if your position changes (materially) and you intend to be in that new position when you get the green card, then a new PERM needs to be filed. However, at the I-140 stage you will be able to retain the earlier priority date from your initial I-140.
