Now I am not working with H1B employer who issued this H1B , but my petition shows as "Case Approved". Can I transfer this expired H1B to any other employer, If new employer is ready to sponsor H1B. Am I eligible for H1B CAP exemption to transfer this H1B? Please let me know if any issues while H1B transfer since it's been issued long time back.
