MBak
I was working with company A when my H1b lottery was picked and I got my H1b approved (in US). I changed to employer B a month later and worked with them for a year, got H1b stamped with company B petition approval and was laid off recently. Now I have an offer from company A again. Can I rejoin company A without going through the H1b transfer process again? Is there a way to validate if company A had revoked my previous petition ? Note: The previous point of contact in company A has left the company and the current HR is unable to check if they requested a withdrawal or not. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Check Case Status online to see if there is a request for revoking your H1b by company A. If company A has an immigration attorney, he too will be able to help. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
