asap_0004
If I am on an H-1B visa and if I submit my resignation, am I able to convert to a B1 visa after the two-month grace period? Does converting to a B1 visa maintain a clean record in terms of my immigration history? or will it be a problem for my next employer? How can I switch back to an H-1B visa from a B1 visa? after successfully getting a job in USA Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Ans. 1 - Yes Ans. 2 - Yes to clean record in terms of immigration history. Ans. 3 - For switching back to H1b, you will need a new employer who will transfer your H1b, and also file your COS (change of status). Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
