ham113 Posted February 7 Report Share Posted February 7 My H1-B was approved on Jan 4th with an employer. However, the employer started running my payroll a month after (Feb 5th). Is this okay ? Would I have any isuses in the future during H1 amedment or transfer ? Also, the 30 days that I was not on payroll would count under my 60 days grace period ? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted February 8 Report Share Posted February 8 The paystubs dated February 5th, 2024 would be for pay period of January 04 - January 31. Normally pay period is mentioned on the paystub. Quote Link to comment
