Jyoti Anand Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 I was on an H4 visa and recently I got my H1b through a lottery system on Nov-23 but during that time my spouse's organization sent the application for an H4 extension for me and my son. Now I have my H1b Visa and if my spouse's organization will withdraw my application for an H4 extension. The organization mentioned that my application is linked to my son. If I withdraw my application then my son's application will also be withdrawn and my son have i-94 validity for fewer days. Do I need to go back to India stamp my visa and get my son dependent on me?
