mrp553 Posted January 26 Report Share Posted January 26 Hello Everyone, We came to US on my spouse H1B Visa. After my spouse I140 was approved I worked on H4EAD. Later, my employer filed an H1B for me and it was approved. My spouse moved to another company and his perm is reinitiated. Unfortunately in an accident, my spouse passed away while the perm was not yet reapplied. I would like to know if I can transfer my spouse's priority date to myself if my company initiate the PERM process. Quote Link to comment
