I'm an Indian citizen and have been studying in US since grade 6 on H4 visa (H1B dependent). I'm in my sophomore year in Arizona State University and in Dec, 2023 travelled to India for F1 visa stamping (status change from H4 to F1). My summer semester has commenced on Jan-08-2024 but I could not travel as I was sick. I'm travelling to US now on Jan 28th. My questions is - Can I face problems at the port of entry as semester has already commenced on Jan 08th and I-20 also has start date of Jan 08th? if so, then what options do I have?
